I met Flora at The Burklyn Business School for entrepreneurs in the early 80's. 

I began working as a production manager for the company that produced the school and a series of nationally distributed seminars. 

Flora was one of the traveling production managers and oversaw the onsite production with a local group.

Her primary duty as a National Staff Supervisor was to create the proper atmosphere, logistics and environment for the seminar through the behaviour of the local groups many of whom were volunteers. 

We required a heart-friendly, open "space" that would welcome our participants and support them to discover what their actual knowledge and behaviors were and whether they were in alignment with the best management theories and practices. In addition, she was in charge of all logistical aspects of each event. As such, Flora excelled in an area where we required the utmost integrity and genuineness from both her and the staff she was coaching. My conclusion on this is based on my own personal experience as well as reports from both the seminar instructors and the local city entrepreneurs who hosted these events.

What a wonderful festival it was indeed! Thanks to a large degree to all your efforts. 

You did a terrific job in planning and designing the space. And all the energy you put into it...where do you get it from?
